SHIPPING POLICY
AnimatedTshirt.com makes every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. In-stock items are generally shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Please note orders made after 1:00 PM (Western Time) will be entered the next day. Weekend orders (from Friday after 1:00 P.M.) will be processed on Monday.
Some orders might be subject to our verification procedure before we can process the order. For your protection from credit card fraud or identity theft, we may ask you to verify that you're the card owner or that the order and the ship-to information are legitimate. If your order requires verification you will receive an e-mail within one business day to advise you about the situation.
Delivery of Overnight (Red Label) and 2 Day (Blue Label) Orders:?Orders placed on our site with a a request of overnight or 2 day delivery, are generally shipped on the day they are ordered. Please note orders made after 3:00 PM (Western Time) will be entered the next day. Weekend orders (from Friday after 3:00 PM) will be processed on Monday.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges are not included in our pricing. Please place your order in the "Shopping Cart" to view the shipping charges. Our standard shipping for orders is UPS unless otherwise requested. Shipping and handling rates are based on order weight and UPS zones. We are not responsible for UPS or other carrier errors. You must report all damage claims to the delivering carrier.
Insurance is optional upon request. Shipping Charges for 2 day air, overnight, overseas, APO and FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands are additional. You can get the exact amount by entering the items into the shopping cart.
Some products must be shipped by Truck due to the weight and/or dimensions. If your order contains any oversize item we will notify you before we process the order.
Shipping Rules:
A signature is required for all UPS shipments upon receipt, Packages can not be rerouted or picked up from UPS someone must be at the address to receive the package and sign for it.
Pricing and Availability:
All prices are F.O.B. only at the location of AnimatedTshirt.com We strive to keep most items always in stock for immediate delivery. In the event an item is out of stock or for any other reason unable to be shipped, we will notify you (usually within one business day) ?We Charge your Credit Card only at time of actual shipment of item.
We make every effort to ensure that your purchasing experience at AnimatedTshirt.com is secure. We use state-of-the-art data encryption technology to protect against loss, misuse or alteration of your user information. Secure Socket Layers (SSLs) encrypt the information sent between your computer and our database. and are certified by Verisign, an internet leader in security transactions. In addition, we use Internet fraud screening to protect credit card transactions.
RETURN / CANCELLATION POLICY:
You may return merchandise for an exchange or store credit (excluding any shipping charges) within 15 days of purchase.
Returned or exchanged products must be in brand-new, mint condition. Items must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials. The manufacturer's labeled packaging must be enclosed within an additional shipping carton. Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package. You must paid your own shipping when you return merchandise. Returns that are not due to our error will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Cancellations: If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process. If the item you want to cancel has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled by you or by our customer service department.

Product Warranties: All new merchandise bought from AnimatedTshirt.com are genuine, authentic and of consistent high quality and value. All items are warranted by either the manufacturer's warranty.
Our warranty provides coverage for defects in manufacturing only and expressly excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, loss and theft. Our warranty is valid only at Micron Paper Inc. Improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than Micron Paper Inc. will void this warranty. Micron Paper Inc. DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF WRITTEN OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF THIS ITEM, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
